FAQ


Do you have gluten free options?

Yes, we do. We offer gluten-free pizza crust (cauliflower) and a bread option (flax) for sandwiches. Our staple desserts, NY-style vanilla cheesecake and creme brûlée, are also GF. The majority of our entrées are made without flour to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to provide alternatives. 


Where is the best place to park?

The Market Parkade offers paid parking by the hour ($3 per hour) and is located at 10 Wilson Street in downtown Guelph (please insert this address to your GPS for easy way-finding). We recommend this option if you are arriving from out of town and want time to browse the fantastic shoppes nearby, either before or after your meal.

Other parking lots include the Macdonell Street lot and the East Parkade. All of these lots have free parking after 6 pm on weekdays, a $3 all-day flat-rate on Saturday, and free parking on Sunday.

There is also free on-street parking in the downtown area and you are permitted to park for a collective “two hour time period” once per day. The spots and car license plates are frequently monitored by by-law officers & photographed by a drive by vehicle, both will monitor the two hour time limits.


What year did you open in?

We opened in January of 2004 and have been making people happy ever since.


What type of cuisine do you serve?

Our menu is French farmhouse-inspired, with hearty entrées, thin-crust artisan pizzas and fresh lunch options. Favorites include our signature Braised Lamb Shanks, Beef Short Ribs and Club Sandwich, as well as our Woodland and Spinach & Goat Cheese pizzas. Nearly all of our offerings are gluten-free or can be prepared as such.

Can I customize one of your pizzas?

Our artisan pizza offerings are crafted for optimal flavor, but we can switch the sauce base or remove toppings if there are dietary restrictions or allergies. Chicken & bacon can be added to any pizza for an additional charge.

 Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended and can be secured in the “Reserve a Table” section of our website or by calling us at 519-824-0430. Please arrive on time and call us if you are running late; there is a 10 min grace period, at which point the table will be released for others to book online.

Are you accessible?

We are wheelchair accessible from both our front and back doors and have an accessible washroom at the rear of the building.
